From one circuit to a whole addition
A dedicated 20 amp circuit for a new appliance, a 50 amp feed to a hot tub, a subpanel for a shop, or the full rough-in and finish for an ADU: the approach is the same. We design it to code, agree on the scope and price, wire it, and close the permit. Kitchen remodels get the small-appliance, range, dishwasher, disposal, and microwave circuits, with the outlet spacing and GFCI and AFCI protection the code requires.
Working with homeowners and general contractors
We work directly with homeowners and as the electrical sub for general contractors. Send us the plans or a description of the project and we scope it, including rough-in, finish, and the inspections between. Crews are led by an Oregon supervising electrician.
Hot tubs, saunas, and smart switches
Hot tubs and saunas need a dedicated circuit, a GFCI disconnect within sight of the unit, and bonding to code. Smart switches and dimmers need a neutral in the box, and older homes often do not have one. We pull neutrals where needed and size boxes for the devices. Tell us what you are planning and we will scope it.

Do you handle the permits and inspections?
Yes. We pull the permit under our license, schedule the rough-in and final inspections, and close the permit when the work passes.
Can you wire an ADU or garage conversion?
Yes. We check the service capacity, run a subpanel or separate feed, do the rough-in and finish wiring, and coordinate with your contractor and the inspector.
My switches have no neutral wire. Can I still use smart switches?
Yes. Either with devices that do not need a neutral where they work well, or by pulling a neutral to the box during the install. We tell you which makes sense for each location.
